Counter-UAS Deployment Operator

Role Overview

Black Phoenix is seeking a hands-on Counter-UAS Deployment Operator to install and commission anti-drone systems for customers in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Lebanon. The role covers site preparation, system setup, integration, testing, operator handover, and field support. The successful candidate will work with engineering and customer teams to ensure deployments are completed safely, reliably, and in accordance with site requirements and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure counter-UAS detection and mitigation systems at customer sites.
• Coordinate site surveys, equipment preparation, installation logistics, and deployment schedules.
• Integrate system components and verify that installed equipment operates according to approved specifications.
• Conduct acceptance tests, document results, and provide clear handover instructions to customer operators.
• Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and integration issues during installation and field support.
• Maintain deployment records, configuration documentation, and service reports.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to report field findings and resolve technical issues.
• Travel internationally as required to support installations, training, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Practical experience installing, commissioning, or maintaining technical systems in the field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, networking, and integrated equipment.
• Ability to read technical documentation, follow installation procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort working at customer sites and coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the USA, Canada, Europe, and Lebanon as required.
• Experience with counter-UAS, radar, RF systems, electronic systems, or security technology is an advantage.
• Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
